We work in phases so that the client knows what they are paying for and to avoid closed estimates on needs that are not yet clear.
Diagnosis
We review users, data, systems, risks and objectives. From €190 + VAT (€229.90 VAT included), discountable if the project is executed.
Design
We define solution, provider, monthly costs, permissions, security, copies and migration plan.
Implantation
We configure services, migrate data if applicable, test access and leave basic documentation.
Maintenance
Supervision, small adjustments, support and periodic review according to agreed quota.

Mail/file migration
From €350-900 + VAT (€423.50-€1,089.00 VAT included) depending on the number of accounts, data, permissions, domain and work windows.
cloud server
From €450-1,200 + VAT (€544.50-€1,452.00 VAT included) for server, domain, SSL, backups and basic security. Separate monthly server cost.
VPN and remote access
From €390 + VAT (€471.90 VAT included) for simple cases. May require firewall, router, licenses or additional equipment.
Business continuity
From €900 + VAT (€1,089.00 VAT included) for projects with copies, recovery, users, permissions and more complete documentation.
Cloud maintenance
From €59 + VAT/month (€71.39 VAT included/month) for basic supervision. Companies with servers, critical users or SLA require customized quota.

The cloud also has monthly costs
IBITIC charges for diagnosis, design, implementation and maintenance. Third-party services, licenses, domains, storage, servers and cloud consumption are billed separately or directly by the chosen provider.
Not everything should go to the cloud
In some cases it is advisable to maintain part of the local infrastructure, use hybrid solutions or improve the internal network first. That is why cloud diagnosis seeks a proportionate solution, not selling unnecessary migrations.
